You may request for a VIP or Royal membership upgrade once you met below standards.
Royal membership : Purchased over $1000 worth of products from our website since registration.
VIP membership:
Purchased over $2000 worth of products from our website since registration.
Royal and VIP members earn Reward Points every time you make a purchase in our website. Reward point is similar to a store credit - you can use the points to purchase items in our store.
Please check the screenshot below to see where you can redeem the points during checkout process.
- Royal Member : Earns 2% Reward Points
- VIP Member : Earns 5% Reward Points
100 Points equals to $1 in cash value.
ie) If you are in VIP membership and purchased $300 worth of items, you will earn 1500 reward points which equals to $15 cash value.
Once your orders are in Shipped status, we will release the points to your account which you can then use it to purchase your next order. Please note that reward points does not cover the shipping charges.
