All our items will be shipped from Seoul, South Korea and thus shipping time will take longer than domestic shipping.
A) Small Packet Air Mail: Delivery time approximately 10-20 bussines days, up to 6 weeks. B) Expedited Shipping via Fedex / EMS: Delivery time approximately 4 - 8 business days. Safe & secure shipping service which comes with full tracking info. In addition to the shipping time, there is a processing time of 1-4 days (or more). Handmade footwears and some custom made jackets and accessories may need additional 7-10 product days. |
Shipping CostShipping cost will be calculated by item weight. The easiest way to check for shipping cost is to simply put all the items you want in the shopping cart and use "Calculate shipping cost" option in the "My Cart" page. |

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product you may request for an exchange or a refund. Retuming item must be in the original brand new condition, unworm and unwashed, and must be sent out within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a refund less the shiping charges. If we sent wrong item or if there was a defect with the product you received, we will fully refund the original payment and cover the return shipping charges.
