Returns & Exchanges
Returning items must be unworn, unwashed, and shipped within 20 days of receipt.
Shipping costs are not refunded, and there is a 5% restocking fee for transaction, packaging, and labour cost.
To request for a return or exchange, simply send us a message through Contact us from our website.
Please include following information in the returning package
Full name, Email address, Order number and brief reason for return/exchange inside the package.
Unclaimed, Denied or Rejected Packages
On rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. All unclaimed packages that are result of one of the following reasons are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to the shipping cost.
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Non-deliverable address: addresses that do not or cannot accept mail
- Failed delivery attempts
- Recipient did not pay taxes, duties, customs fees or related charges
- Unclaimed by recipient
- Refused by recipient
Arrangements for re-delivery may be made upon a recipient's request; however, any shipping and handling fees associated with re-delivery must be paid by the recipient.
If we do not receive a response from you regarding re-delivery, we will restock the items and you will receive a store credit in the amount of the original order minus 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
