  • Payment method
We accept PayPal and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, etc) through PayPal merchat service.

 

  • Shipping method

A) Express Shipping via Fedex or EMS: Safe & secure shipping service which comes with tracking number and delivery confirmation.  

B) Economic Shipping via Small Packet Air Mail: Slower delivery compared to Express Shipping. Full tracking information may NOT be available.



  • Shipping time

All our items will be shipped from Seoul, South Korea and thus shipping time will take longer than domestic shipping.

In addition to the shipping time, there is a processing time of 1-4 days (or more).

** Most of our clothes are under on-going production schedule with limited quantities and this can cause additional delays with shipment.

Handmade footwear products may need additional 7-10 production days (this notice may not be stated in the description).

 



  • Shipping cost

Shipping cost will be calculated by item weight.  The easiest way to check for shipping cost is to simply put all the items you want in the shopping cart and use "Calculate shipping cost" option in the "My Cart" page. 



  • PO Box

Please note that we Cannot ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses with Fedex Shipping Service.

 

  • Return / Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product you may request for an exchange or a refund.  Returning item must be in the original brand new condition, unworn and unwashed, and must be sent out within seven days of receipt.  We will issue a refund less the shipping charges.

If we sent wrong item or if there was a defect with the product you received, we will fully refund the original payment and cover the return shipping charges.



  • Do you charge sales tax?

All our products are free from sales tax worldwide.

 

  • Where do you ship your items from?

All items are shipped from Seoul, South Korea.



  • What brands clothings do you sell?

About 20% of the items we sell are our own designs which is designed by our company staffs and manufactured in our partnership factories in South Korea. Rest of the items are from minor brand labels in South Korea.

 

  • Import duties, taxes and charges

99.99% of the time your package will not be charged for customs border taxes (we only had 2-3 times when a customer reported a problem with customs taxes in 5 years of online business).

However, we must state that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and these charges are the buyer's responsibility.



  • How safe is this website?

VirginBlak.com uses SSL Certified, Password Protected Directories, Secure FTP & Secure Copy.

This secure link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private. The SSL service can be used to create secure links to protect personal details, passwords, and other transactions.



  • Can I save on shipping cost if I buy multiple items?

Yes!!  We use weight based shipping system, and you can save a lot of money on shipping charges if you buy in bulk, instead of buying each items individually. 



  • What is the Reward Point System?

Reward point is similar to a store credit - you can use the points to purchase items in our store.
Please check the screenshot below to see where you can redeem the points during checkout process.


  • How does the Reward Point System work?

First, you must be in either Royal membership or VIP membership to earn reward points.
Please refer to "How can I join Royal / VIP Membership?" to get info about joining membership.

Every time you purchase something in our website our Reward Points system will automatically calculate the points you earned for the purchase you made.  Once your orders are in Shipped status, we will release the points to your account which you can then use it to purchase your next order.

Please note that reward points does not cover the shipping charges.


We give Reward Points based on membership level.
When you first join our website you are in Retail membership.
 

    • Retail Member:  Does not earn Reward Points.
    • Royal Member:  Earns 2% Reward Points
    • VIP Member:   Earns 5% Reward Points


     

    • 100 Points equals to $1 in cash value.


    ie) If you are in VIP membership and purchased $300 worth of items, you will earn 1500 reward points which equals to $15 cash value.

  • How can I join Royal / VIP Membership?

You may request for a membership upgrade once you met below standards.

Royal membership:  Purchased over $1000 worth of products from our website since registration.

VIP membership:  Purchased over $2000 worth of products from our website since registration.  We may offer VIP membership regardless of purchased amount if you are one of our affiliates.
